Kokoniwa Cuisine was born from the conviction that Ghanaian food, in all its depth and boldness, belongs on the same stage as the finest cuisines the world has to offer. Growing up in Ghana, food was never just fuel. It was occasion, memory, and the language through which love was expressed most fluently. Those experiences became the foundation of everything Kokoniwa stands for.
After years of training and working across kitchens in Ghana and beyond, I returned to Accra with a clear mission to build a dining destination where Ghanaian tradition and the best of British and American cooking are presented side by side, with equal pride and equal care.
